Sales Executive, Tour Packages (Dubai)

We're looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive** to join our team in Dubai If you have a passion for travel and a proven track record in designing and selling tour packages.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our diverse tour packages, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business in the exciting Dubai market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, customize, and sell a wide range of tour packages to individual and group clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and competitor offerings.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of tour packages.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Tours and Travels or a related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** in selling and designing tour packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
