**Job Title**: Marketing Executive - Outdoor Marketing

**Location**: BrightMinds Early Learning Center, Aundh Road, Khadki, Pune

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Marketing**:

- Conduct outdoor marketing activities such as distribution of flyers, banners, and brochures at key locations.
- Visit nearby residential societies, parks, and community centers to create awareness about the preschool.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Set up kiosks, stalls, or promotional booths at local events, malls, or exhibitions to showcase BrightMinds' offerings.
- Organize community engagement events to attract prospective parents.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Gather leads by engaging with parents and answering their queries about the preschool.
- Follow up on generated leads and share them with the admissions team.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outdoor campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for outdoor promotions and partnerships in the community.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain daily records of activities and leads generated.
- Present regular updates on the effectiveness of outdoor marketing campaigns.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in outdoor marketing or field sales, preferably in the education or services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with parents and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Pune’s local geography and neighborhoods is a plus.
