**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure a steady supply and demand for ferrous scrap materials
Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers and customers
Coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of materials to customers
Stay up to date with market trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth and effective transactions
Manage and update sales records and reports
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ferrous scrap industry
Experience in handling imported scrap dealing will be preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ferrous scrap materials and market forces that affect pricing and demand
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
