**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
- Coordinate with the global sales team to align with the overall company direction while catering to local market nuances.
- Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring all sales materials and communications are aligned with the company’s brand.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining thorough records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
