**Job Profile: Sales Coordinator**

**Role Name**: Sales Coordinator
**Location**: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary Range**: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 for freshers

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Follow-ups**: Manage and execute timely follow-ups with walk-in customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Team Coordination**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between team members.
- **Customer Handling**: Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Lead Conversion**: Convert potential leads into actual sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate new leads through various channels to expand the customer base when required.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Excel and other software tools.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply; any prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- **Skills**:

- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with other software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
