**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination.
- Experience in quotation/ invoice creation.
- Preferred work experience in IT Hardware & Software industry.

**Role Description**:

- Coordinating for various activities leading to sales revenue target achievement.
- Daily reporting to the Sales Manager/ Reporting Manager.
- Attending daily team meetings and assisting Sales Manager in notes creation.
- Coordinating within business development and sales team to improve the team productivity and performance by following up with the customers, aligning team activities and arranging appointments/demos.
- Assisting sales team in sales closure through quotation creation, followup calls, and payments.
- Updating leads and sales data in CRM tool on regular basis.

**Requirement**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a high level of self motivation.
- Proven track record in sales coordination.
- Should have excellent inter team working skills.
- Preferred to have experience of working on CRM tools.
- Proficient to work on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets and Gforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling tasks which leads to revenue generation and team performance.
- Preparing quotations and minutes of meetings on the behalf of team manager and executives.
- Updating and aligning CRM activities on the software.
- Ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintaining sales records, preparing reports and submitting them to the manager.
- Attending and organizing team training aligned by the company/manager.
- Submitting performance assessment (Quarterly) to the Manager.
- Preparing all the data and reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submitting to the Business Assistant.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
