**Role Name:** Sales Coordinator
**Location:** BRS Nagar, Ludhiana
**Working Hours:** 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary Range:** ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 for Freshers

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing follow-ups with walk-in customers, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a basic understanding of Excel and other software tools. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in converting leads and, when necessary, generating new leads to drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Follow-ups:** Manage and execute timely follow-ups with walk-in customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Team Coordination:** Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between team members.
- **Customer Handling:** Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Lead Conversion:** Convert potential leads into actual sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- **Lead Generation:** Proactively generate new leads through various channels to expand the customer base when required.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Excel and other software tools.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
