**Job Title - Senior Inside Sales Associate**

**Job Location - Prepca Eduserv Private Limited, Floor no 1 & 2 Urban Bliss, Samarth Colony,Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045**

**Mode of Work - Work from Office Qualification -**

**Any Age - 18 - 30 Years**

**CTC - 6.5 LPA**

**1. Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)**

**2. Variables & Incentive - 2 LPA**

**Perks -**

2. Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns 15-20K/month (Weekly incentive settlement)

3. Fixed 20% Appraisal on in-hand salary every year

4. Yearly bonus of 50% of monthly in-hand salary

**Days Working - 6 Days**

**Week off - Sunday (Fixed)**

**Key Responsibilities of the Role -**

4. Close sales and achieve Weekly-Monthly quotas.

5. The compensation package for this position offers an uncapped incentive structure, allowing individuals to determine their variable income and monthly earnings based on their performance and achievements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-year experience in the non-Ed-tech industry in sales (B2C) or minimum 6 months of experience in any other Sales industry (B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
