**Job summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at using Microsoft Excel and Word.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM system.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. Follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Communication Skills: Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients. Listen actively to understand client needs and address any concerns.
- Microsoft Excel and Word: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators. Prepare and customize sales proposals and presentations using Microsoft Word.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0 to 3 years of inside sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
