**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare providers and institutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on product advancements, medical technologies, and industry regulations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in medical equipment sales or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with medical devices, equipment, and healthcare industry standards is preferred.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.

**Work Environment**
- Field-based role with frequent visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Collaboration with internal teams for product updates and sales strategies.

**Performance Metrics**
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Growth in client base and market penetration.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Pay: ₹8,325.70 - ₹27,563.61 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
