Job Title: Marketing Sales Field Executive

Location: sapna sangeeta, main road, Indore ( MP)

Job Summary:
The Marketing Sales Field Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves on-field marketing and direct interaction with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the best solutions.
- Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and marketing.
- Conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective clients to pitch the company’s products/services.
- Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company’s products/services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products and consumer demands to refine marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis to the management team.
- Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other digital tools for sales and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage tasks effectively while on the field.

**Salary**: 10k to 15k

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hindi (preferred)
