
Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential customers such as transporters, garages, service stations, industrial clients, and retail outlets.
- Promote and sell lubricant products to new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.
- Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the lubricants, automotive
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of local market and geography.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
