We aim to simplify stock market investments through innovative solutions, and we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our presence and grow our customer base in Indore.
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:
- Actively approach potential clients (individual investors, traders, and financial institutions) to promote StockDaddy's products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and providing timely solutions.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance the company’s product portfolio.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
**Brand Representation**:
- Represent StockDaddy at industry events, networking functions, and meetings, promoting our services and building brand visibility.
**Customer Education**:
- Educate potential and existing clients on StockDaddy’s products and services, providing demonstrations and presentations when necessary.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline. A background in finance or business is an added advantage.
**Experience**:
- 6 months-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the financial services, technology, or software industry.
- Experience in selling financial products or services is highly preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and goal-focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of financial markets and stock trading will be an advantage.
**Location**:
- The position requires traveling within Indore to meet potential clients, attend events, and conduct sales activities.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary with attractive incentives and commissions based on performance.
