**Our journey**
- We raised $2 mn at an idea-stage in December 2019 from Sequoia Capital’s Surge program, and marquee investors like Naveen Tewari (InMobi Group), Kunal Shah (CRED), Shradha Sharma (YourStory) and many more. Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown leaps and bounds:

- 270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, 9stacks, Mamagoto, Eat.Fit, SMOOR
- Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA) and others
- Launched a $30 mn fund in December 2021

**Role**

We are looking to hire a Founders’ Staff who will work directly with the founders focusing on solving interesting and large-impact problems across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for business development of key strategic partnerships
- Assisting the founders in key investor relations and corporate development activities
- Run point on strategic initiatives the founders are focusing on
- Work on new product initiatives - Engage with potential customers, define product strategy in conjunction with the management and decide the product launch strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions/departments/products

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting organization or a Tier 1 investment banking firm
- Tier 1 educational background (Familiarity with financial terms is a plus)
- Structured thinking and ability to plan/program manage/execute complex multi-layered initiatives
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Stakeholder management skills
