Executive Assistant to Founder – Real Estate & Investments

Bangalore | Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Executive Assistant
to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing
real estate & investment platform
. This is not a routine admin role — you will be at the center of decision-making, recruitment, business development, and investor interactions. Your job is to ensure the Founder's priorities are executed without slippage, acting as an anchor for
process, coordination, and follow-through
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder's
    calendar, meetings, and priorities
    with daily briefing/debriefing.
  • Track and coordinate
    recruitment pipelines
    (Sales, Business Development, Channel Partners).
  • Maintain
    investor and business development trackers
    — meetings, discussions, and next steps.
  • Draft, edit, and format documents including JDs, term sheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Build and update a
    Works Dashboard
    covering recruitment, sales, channel partner program, investor follow-ups, and operations.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with
    absolute confidentiality
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years' experience as an
    Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff (light role), or project coordinator
    .
  • Strong command of
    Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    (dashboards, trackers, reports).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling fast-moving, high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior professionals, investors, and business partners.
  • Prior exposure to
    real estate, investments, finance, or professional services
    is an added advantage.
