**About the Role**:
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven **Sales Executive** who’s not afraid to close deals and own revenue. This role isn’t about generating leads for someone else to follow up — it’s about leading the full sales cycle and selling **Website Development** and **Digital Marketing Services** (SEO, PPC, Lead Gen, ORM, Social Media, and more) directly to our **existing and new clients**, especially in **international markets**.
This is a quota-carrying role. If you’re not energized by targets and closing, skip this job. If you thrive on ownership, international exposure, and building lasting client relationships — we want to talk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue by selling digital services (SEO, PPC, Web Design, Lead Gen, etc.) to existing and new clients
- Identify new business opportunities in international markets — leads, partners, or acquisition targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to sharpen our outreach strategy
- Deliver impactful presentations and close deals with C-level decision-makers
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data
- Hit aggressive sales targets with weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide post-sale support and build long-term client relationships
- Be the voice of the market to internal teams — feedback, trends, and client needs
- Participate in planning campaigns, pricing, and GTM strategies
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
- 2+ years of experience in B2B international sales or business development
- Strong experience selling digital marketing or web services is **non-negotiable**:
- Proven ability to hit sales targets — show us your numbers
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident using tools like CRM, Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing — you don’t need to be a marketer, but you need to **speak the language**:
- Self-starter attitude — we’re not here to micromanage
- Smart, organized, and relentless when it comes to closing deals
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or any CRM platform
- Exposure to cross-border B2B sales, especially US, UK, or Australia
