We are looking for **Global Mobility Coordinator, India HRC **to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in** Bangalore, IN.**

The work of the Human Resources team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees. Global Mobility is a global team within the Total Rewards function and has a shared service support team based in India which the role will be part of. The global team is responsible for providing a consistently great customer experience and responsible for Cross Broder assignments and permanent transfers on a global basis and domestic assignment and permanent transfers within Canada and within the United States.

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Provide support to the Global Mobility Advisors in coordinating the mobility process, namely: pre-departure, mobilization, assignment management, extension and repatriation activities;
- Prepare mobility related documents (letters, conditions, amendments, etc.);
- Organize pre/post-assignment medical examinations.
- Preparation of social security documents/certificate of coverage.
- Updating HRIS system (Workday, Oracle) and instructing payroll for all stages of assignment lifecycle.
- Manage end to end Assignment lifecycle through Assignment Pro.
- Management reporting and tracking assignments for required actions.
- Initiating all external vendors e.g. immigration, DSP, tax services and shipment.
- Co-ordination and preparation of any immigration related documents.
- Provide support with Global Mobility operational improvements e.g. checklists, template assignment letters, Oracle/Workday/Assignment Pro guides etc.
- Liaising with other HR Centre teams, payroll teams where necessary to be able to manage assignment set-ups.
- Coordinate payment of invoices from different providers.
- Calculate assignment premium payments and obtain required approvals.
- Follow-up on departure, extension and repatriation dates.

**What will you contribute?**
- College diploma in human resources, industrial relations, business administration or a related field;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (asset);
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Organized with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines;
- Highly flexible and solution-focused;
- Team spirit and autonomy;
- Ability to work in different time zone to support the Americas Global Mobility Team;
- Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
