About the RolePublicis Re: Sources is a key part of Publicis Groupe's Global Mobility function. Operating in over 100 countries, we deliver innovative technology, finance, operations, and legal solutions to enable seamless mobility for expatriates and international assignees while driving operational excellence. This senior role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of Global Mobility experience, including 2–3 years team supervisory experience. Approximately 40% of the role focuses on team management and stakeholder engagement, while 60% is dedicated to overseeing daily operational tasks. ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership Monitor Objectives: Track team performance against defined goals, monitor task completion and workflow efficiency, identify roadblocks, and provide timely feedback.

Collaborate: Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth. Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for regional teams for the tasks transitioned, ensuring smooth communication and handovers. Operational Execution and oversight Taxation and Payroll: The preparation, review and coordination of annual tax authorization processes.

Compensation data collection and timely distribution of the required data. Tracking and collection of tax equalization balances, refunds and other cash settlements. Data entry and tracking of compensation and benefits elements to support and facilitate payroll reporting.

Tracking and reporting on the status and progress of tax compliance seasons. Immigration & Visa Processing: Review the preparation of business visa support documents (e.g., invitation, Support letters and port-of-entry letters), Validate business visa activities, Business visa application preparation as needed. Oversee compliance with global entry procedures and other compliance regulations for remote workers, in accordance with established SOPs and risk framework.

Billing & Invoicing: Review vendor invoices, reconcile data, and resolve discrepancies promptly. Query & Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for immigration, tax, relocation, and billing queries for team members. Implement systems to track issues and resolve efficiently.

Process Automation & Documentation: Identify and pilot opportunities for process automation. Maintain updated SOPs, process maps, and workflow charts to ensure compliance. Project Assistance: Ad Hoc Support: Coordinate tasks and gather data to complete global mobility projects on schedule.

Transitioning Tasks: Manage the handover of responsibilities from regional teams to the global unit, ensuring clear communication. Progress Tracking: Monitor project and transition status, provide regular updates, and address issues proactively. Data Analytics & Reporting: Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting initiatives related to process and team.

Maintain monthly trackers, dashboards, and communication channels. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with regional teams and external vendors supporting tax, immigration, billing, and assignments. Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations across all parties.

QualificationsExperience & Leadership: Experience: 6-10 years in Global Mobility in high volume SLA driven Organization, with 2–3 years team supervisory experience. Team Management: Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Delegate tasks effectively, give constructive feedback, and foster growth and development within the team.

Promote a positive team spirit and support the achievement of team goals. Technical & Data Skills: Strong experience in data management and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with mobility platforms (e.g., Topia, Workday, Mercer).

Experience in process automation and continuous improvement is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Organizational & Process Skills: High attention to detail and a proven track record in process improvement.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic global environment.
