As a global mobility specialist at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in facilitating talent mobility across the organization's operations in over 130 countries. Your primary responsibility will be to manage cross-border moves, create assignment calculations and offers, oversee cost calculations, contracts, and terms for international assignments, and coordinate with 3rd party vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance, addressing exceptions and challenges promptly, maintaining close communication with assignees, and overseeing the annual salary review process for long-term international assignees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage cross-border moves and create assignment calculations and offers - Oversee cost calculations, contracts, and terms for international assignments - Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services - Ensure compliance and provide a positive employee experience - Address exceptions and challenges promptly - Maintain close communication with assignees and explain assignment-related policies - Adapt to various policies and principles - Manage records in ERP and vendor systems - Assist assignees during departures - Oversee the annual salary review process for long-term international assignees Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of Mobility Case Management experience - Proficiency in employee relations, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination - Excellent communication skills - Availability to join early In addition to the above, Maersk is committed to supporting applicants" needs during the application and hiring process.
