**Roles and Responsibility**

Job title: Mobility Coordinator

Experience: Fresher

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

- Assist in coordinating all aspects of employee mobility, including relocation, travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation.
- Communicate with employees to gather necessary information and provide guidance on mobility procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee mobility details, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines related to employee mobility and immigration processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to facilitate mobility services such as transportation, housing, and travel bookings.
- Negotiate contracts, review service agreements, and monitor vendor performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding mobility-related queries, concerns, and support.
- Provide timely updates and assistance throughout the mobility process to ensure a positive employee experience.
