The Counsellor plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for the organization. They are responsible for developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
