We are hiring for **Field sales executive**

**Roles and responsibility**

**1. Marketing and create brand awareness among customers**

**2. Complete the sales target (Weekly/monthly) with incentives**

**3. Create a good customer base and follow up on leads**

**4. Lead generation and follow up with team leader**

**5. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/model and evaluate their effectiveness**

**Note:

- Salary would be fixed and it will not affect while you not fulfill the target.**

**Qualification**

**1. Minimum 12th pass out.**

**2. Should have good convincing skill.**

**3. Should communicate in Hindi**

**4. Basic understanding of Hindi Language**

**5. Strong time management and able to meet the target deadline**

**6. Monitor competitor sales strategies**

**7. Good Negotiation and Interpersonal skill**

**Other Details**

**1. Salary Rs 12,000 to Rs 20,000+ Incentives( if you achieve the sales target).**

**2. Shift Timing:

- 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM**

**3. Incentives (Weekly/Monthly).**

**4. Rotational Week off.**
