**Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Onboard new customers by guiding them through the setup process and providing training on how to use the eZee Panorama software.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address any bugs or issues with the software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
- Gather the required details from the client.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the eZee Panorama department or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Sheet, CogniSaas, and CRM software.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- Good in English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
