**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with ARAMCO’s communication systems standards and safety protocols.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Oversee the installation and construction of communication systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers, technicians, and laborers, ensuring efficient execution of communication system installations.
- **Communication System Installation**: Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of communication infrastructure, including fiber optics, telecommunication equipment, and associated systems.
- **Drawing Interpretation**: Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics for communication systems, ensuring correct execution in the field.
- **Material Takeoff**: Prepare and review material takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications to ensure the availability of required materials and minimize delays.
- **Shop Drawings**: Supervise the preparation and review of shop drawings for communication system installations, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular progress reports on the status of communication system installations, highlighting any issues or challenges, and proposing solutions.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all communication system installation work complies with safety regulations, ARAMCO's specific requirements, and relevant industry standards.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of work, ensuring all installations meet required specifications and standards for performance, safety, and reliability.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for ARAMCO representatives and other stakeholders on all issues related to communication system construction.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 6-10 years of experience in construction and installation of communication systems, particularly within ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale projects.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of communication systems, including fiber optics, telecommunications, and associated technologies. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- **Project Management**: Proven experience managing teams and coordinating the installation of communication systems from start to finish.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during system installation and commissioning.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage construction teams, maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety.

Pay: From ₹95,000.00 per month
