**Position**:Construction Superintendent - Civil

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ARAMCO’s civil construction standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Supervise civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and coordinate civil engineering teams, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers, ensuring efficient collaboration and resource management.
- **Drawing Interpretation**: Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution of work in the field.
- **Material Takeoff**: Prepare material takeoffs, ensuring that all required materials are available on-site and meet project specifications.
- **Shop Drawings**: Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
- **Progress Reporting**: Provide regular progress reports on civil construction activities, identifying any challenges, delays, or risks, and proposing corrective actions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that civil construction work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with industry regulations and ARAMCO’s specific requirements.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, including ARAMCO’s safety requirements.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for ARAMCO representatives and other stakeholders regarding civil construction activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: 6-10 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale projects.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, materials, and processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage teams, resources, and timelines to successfully complete civil construction projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, team coordination, and client interaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong ability to identify and resolve issues on-site, ensuring projects remain on track.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills to guide teams and maintain a high standard of performance, quality, and safety.

Pay: From ₹95,000.00 per month
