Construction Superintendent

**Position**:Construction Superintendent - Electrical and Instrumental

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with ARAMCO’s electrical and instrumentation standards and safety protocols.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Oversee and manage all electrical and instrumentation construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and direct teams of engineers, electricians, instrumentation technicians, and laborers to ensure effective collaboration and resource management.
- **Electrical & Instrumentation Installation**: Ensure the correct installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, including power distribution, control systems, and field instruments.
- **Drawing Interpretation**: Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure accurate execution of work on-site.
- **Material Takeoff**: Prepare and review material takeoffs from construction documents, ensuring accurate material procurement and efficient use of resources.
- **Shop Drawings**: Supervise the preparation and review of shop drawings for electrical and instrumentation works, ensuring they are aligned with project specifications and standards.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and progress reports on electrical and instrumentation work, highlighting any issues or delays, and proposing solutions as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation work adheres to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and ARAMCO's specific project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of all electrical and instrumentation work, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, drawings, and specifications.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for ARAMCO representatives and other stakeholders regarding electrical and instrumentation work, addressing any concerns and providing updates.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering field.
- **Experience**: 6-10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation construction, with a strong background in ARAMCO projects or other similar large-scale projects.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and technical documentation (including drawings, material takeoff, and shop drawings).
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple aspects of electrical and instrumentation construction projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, team collaboration, and client interaction.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to proactively identify and address issues on-site, ensuring mínimal delays and disruptions.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Pay: From ₹95,000.00 per month
