**Training Superintendents to be based in Mumbai office**.

**Training Superintendent - Navigation & Training Superintendent Engineering**

**(Based in Mumbai)**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Head of training center based in Mumbai, you will be in charge of designing, delivering, and managing the training of crew and predominantly officers.
- The main responsibilities will be to identify the training needs, manage the training programs, and development of new courses for the seafarers as per the regulatory and industry practices.
- You will identify best practice training and development needs within the Technical Department through gap and job analysis, on board appraisal, and regular consultation with the Technical and Management Team.
- You are expcted to leverage latest digital technology.

**Requirements**:
**YOUR PROFILE**:
***
- Master or Chief Engineer with at least two contracts in the rank on a tanker vessel
- Maritime training and education experience preferred
- Experience in managing and developing training programs is desirable
- Understanding of training and development strategies
- Experience in vetting, or technical
- Dedicated to developing seafarers’ career
- Highly analytical with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Well updated with the latest regulatory requirements and their implementation.
