Preparation of P & ID, PFD, UFD using AutoCAD Software.
- Preparation of material balance and energy balance.
- Preparation of Line List and BOQ for piping material and Storage tanks.
- Calculating line sizing, pressure drop and performing supportive process engineering and utility calculations like Steam, Cooling, Chilling, Chilled brine requirement and process and utility piping specifications
- Preparation of control philosophy and interlocks system.
- Design and classification of storage tanks and preparation of Datasheet.
- Pump sizing calculation and preparation of pump Datasheet.
- Heat exchanger Calculations and Preparations of Datasheet.
- Selection of instruments and preparation of IPDS in coordination with the instrument department.
- To coordinate with plant personnel to understand plant related problems and their requirements.
- Proposal for energy saving, Batch cycle time reduction, energy losses reduction, yield improvements.
- Technical assistance for plants as and when required.
- Management of Change scheme finalization.
- Line sizing, pressure drop calculation and performing supportive process engineering and utility calculations like Steam, Cooling, Chilling, Chilled brine requirement and process and utility piping specifications.
- Co-ordination for Erection, Installation and Commissioning of process equipment is the site.
- Project management, Vendor management and Coordination.
- Coordination with other departments engineers like Electrical, Instrumentation for ongoing project work etc.
- Preparation of Line List and BOQ for Piping material and Storage tanks.
- Preparation of user requirement specification (URS) for process equipment.
- Documentation and record keeping for ongoing and future development projects.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
