**Position **:Project Executive

**Experience:

- **3 to 6 years

**Education **:Diploma (Civil) / Interior Design Diploma

**Location:

- **Kanjurmarg

**Key Profile -**

Co-ordinate & Oversee day-to-day execution of Residential Interior work at Site as per

Desired Quality in stipulated time period.

**Desired Skills -**
- Good Communication Skills
- Technical Knowledge of High end Residential Interior Work
- Should be able to read/identify issues/queries in Drawings/Schedule.

**Job Profile-**
- Monitor day-to-day on-site work & track the same as per Project Schedule
- Ensure on site execution of works at Site as per correct Drawings / Details received from Designer
- Track, requisite & check the quality of the Material delivered at site; plan inventory & make sure, the use of correct material as shown in drawings.
- Delivery co-ordination with Stakeholders for Modular and other readymade furniture which will be delivered at site.
- Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process.
- Prepare & share Daily Project updates with Project Manager as per Standard formats.
- Highlight/raise execution related issue to Project Manager to avoid any Escalation.
