**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:
Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YOUTUBE).

Create, curate, and manage content (images, video, and audio) to engage audiences.

Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages promptly.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Content Creation**:
Produce high-quality well designed digital content, including Social Media posts, Blogs, and Videos (Long and Short format Reels and YouTube Videos)

Ideate creatives and come up with interesting Ideas for Project Verticles.

Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s brand voice and strategy.

Edit and proofread content.

**Outreach Activities**:
Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, community groups, and other relevant offline and online groups to expand outreach.

Plan and execute outreach campaigns and events, both online and offline.

Represent the organization at events, workshops, and community gatherings.

**Communication Support**:
Assist in developing communication materials, such as press releases, brochures, and reports for Website and social media.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels majorly website

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Track and analyze data from social media and outreach activities to measure impact and effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on communication metrics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing

Proven experience in social media management and content creation for at least 2 years.

Experience in graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop) is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,858.83 - ₹30,000.00 per month
