**POSITION DETAILS**
**JOB PURPOSE**
The Process Documentation Executive (he/she) is expected to understand all the business processes with the organization and document these processes in a specified format agreed.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Liaise with various department heads / department point of contact to gather understanding of the processes
- Map interdependencies in the process within departments
- Map key risks in the processes
- Create a blue print of the process in the format agreed
- Get the blue print approved from department heads. Create a Process Handbook for departments for future reference
- Assist Internal Audit team as and when required
- Ensuring documentation integrity
- The design and co-ordination of process optimisation & qualification studies
- Process investigation and problem solving
- Past experience on working with process documentation, SOP, Process improvements etc.
- Good understanding of some of the key processes such as Procure to pay, hire to retire, Invoice booking and payment processing and Reconciliations.

- Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently complete multiple assignments while maintaining the highest quality
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Multitasking ability

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, including the end-user, project teams, operation managers, and control partners.
- Articulate/ communicate in a manner which is understood by clients/end-users
- Ability to understand business process and capable of drafting same in a concise manner
- Ability to connect the dots
- Knowledge of shipping industry would be an added advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Project management experience preferred
- Efficiently Process predefined number of transactions as assigned with highest level of accuracy as agreed upon by the client
- Provide highest level of customer satisfaction
- Strive to understand and resolve issues/queries at the first instant
- Maintain the business controls as per the requirement

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
