Job Title: Document Processing Specialist

The position requires a professional with expertise in handling large volumes of documents, optimizing invoice processing, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the document lifecycle, from receipt to final posting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the processing of invoices from Readsoft OCR to Cockpit.
  • Configure and customize profiles in Readsoft INVOICES and Cockpit to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Readsoft OCR and Cockpit to ensure efficient processing.
  • Develop a good understanding of Process Director (Cockpit), PDWeb, and ABAP programming basics.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in invoice processing and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems, particularly Readsoft INVOICES and Cockpit.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
