**Job Description Project Sales Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for helping bui d up a business by identifying new business prospects

and convertung them.
- Mainta in relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clents.
- Meet architects,show and explain the product range and relevancy with the project.
- Should ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers that they might need regarding the product specification and installation.
- Visiting site if required,explaining the product specifications and installation details.
- Prepare BOQs and quotations,as per the requirement / AutoCAD layout.
- Take responsibility of payment of their respective clientele.
- Recommend products after checking their availability and after identifying their requirement.
- Take mail confirmation before processing order.
- Following up on orders to prevent delay and complaints.
- Doing site demos,if required.
- Responsible for sample challans return,and follow up for same.
- Increasing conversion rate.
- Reporting to the sa les manager regarding updates in the project.
- Solving client issues regarding product after delveredif needed.
- Must treat aII the customers with respect and courtesy.
- Keep yourself lf updated with the product inventory and inform the client of delivery period.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales. Qualification & Experience
- Technically sound about products
- Previous sales experience
- Customer management skills, soft spoken and patient
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to use tally & Ms office
- Should be presentable at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
