**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound sales**for individual, group, and corporate bookings.
- Attend and lead **client meetings** (virtual and on-site) to gather event requirements and drive closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, schools, event planners, and walk-in customers.**:

- Maintain an organized **sales pipeline and lead tracking** using CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with the **marketing and operations teams** to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Meet or exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets** and generate detailed sales reports for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of experience** in B2B/B2C **sales or business development** within hospitality, events, or entertainment.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** with a confident, client-facing approach.
- Proven ability to **negotiate, follow up**, and **close deals** independently.
- Highly organized, punctual, and driven to exceed performance targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for client meetings, as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
