Field Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver compelling and informative presentations to showcase product/service features and benefits.
  • Foster strong connections with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively organize and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client interactions to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to the enhancement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.

Field Sales Representative Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, preferably in an outdoor or field sales capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and present product/service information.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain organized sales records.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favourable terms and agreements with clients.
  • Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets with a focus on measurable results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and maximize productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
