**Field Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels to expand the customer base.
- Deliver compelling and informative presentations to showcase product/service features and benefits.
- Foster strong connections with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales goals while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure agreements that align with company objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Effectively organize and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client interactions to ensure a streamlined sales process.
- Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to the enhancement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.

**Field Sales Representative Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, preferably in an outdoor or field sales capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and present product/service information.
- Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain organized sales records.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favourable terms and agreements with clients.
- Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets with a focus on measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and maximize productivity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
