**The Program**
The Bright Development Program is an 18-month initiative in Asia Pacific and serves to groom our future talents in a structured program across various functions in DSM. Following which, graduates will join their respective teams specializing in areas such as Business Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Applications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new opportunities and work with internal teams to commercialize potential customers in ANH
- Participate actively in the development of our APAC segment strategies and support in the development of presentation materials
- Identify innovation and white space opportunities through analysis of market trends and customer needs
- To implement and manage customer-related projects
- Keeping abreast of competition and market activity
**Key Requirements**
- A degree in Food Science or Animal Nutrition/Veterinary or related field
- Recent graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
- Ability to do value / solution selling
- Demonstrates clear problem-solving skills, ability to work and navigate within matrix organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
