Job Title Solution Sales Director - Life Sciences and Healthcare Education Location Mumbai - Mumbai MH IN Primary Career Level Director Category Sales Job Type Permanent About PSA BDP PSA BDP a member of the PSA Group is a leading provider of globally integrated and port-centric supply chain transportation and logistics solutions The company is headquartered in Philadelphia PA and employs more than 5 500 people worldwide We are a team that celebrates our unique diversity and close-knit community atmosphere Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community We offer dynamic careers or those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization PSA BDP serves over 5 000 customers including some of the world s leading multinational companies within the chemical retail consumer life sciences pharmaceuticals and electric vehicle industrial verticals Charter Successful candidate will utilize their proven track record in international logistics to identify qualify and sell into new accounts whilst establishing and maintaining profitable business relationships with existing customers through both cross and up-selling activities The target audience will be in the LSH verticals Geographical coverage will be the UK and Ireland Responsibilities Take sales ownership as an individual contributor for regional or multi-regional companies not currently conducting business with PSA BDP International in the assigned region Establish long-term business relationships with prospects Have a Hunter mentality and develop strategic solutions unique to each company to reduce overall logistics costs whilst improving sales to current and new customers Enhance customer relationships new and existing throughout their contract to encourage contract renewal and or extension or issuance of a new RFP Work closely with each region use available resources from the group to transfer and share all knowledge about potential clients Exemption Type Exempt Salaried Job Requirements Job Requirements Minimum of five years of strategic sales in LSH logistics Self starter Track record of creating and enabling revenue streams Strong relationships with Tier 1 and mid-size LSH suppliers Solid knowledge of international and domestic logistics Experienced in bundling end-to-end services including digital to create solutions to address specific needs Excellent presentation skills as well as strong in verbal and written communication Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level Strong negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and people management skills as well as ability to work well with various cultures High degree of integrity Proficient in Microsoft Power Point Word Excel University degree preferred
