Job Description- Job Title: Executive Assistant- Job Function/ Sub Function: Commercial- Job Objective: Assisting the Manager, In-house and External coordination, Travel and Accommodation arrangements, Cost Management, Support during events, Administrative assistance to the Manager.- Job Responsibilities- Manage schedule for executive managers.
- Prepare financial statements, database, spreadsheets, and memos.
- Make invoice reports, letters, and presentation of software.
- Analyze the memos, letter, and data before submission and then distribute them accordingly.
- Receive visitors who have an appointment with managers.
- Retrieve documents, corporate records, and information and prepare responses of routine inquiries.
- Schedule travel plans of senior level officers.
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Conduct research, analyse and collect data to prepare reports and documents
- Design and maintain databases.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Acting as representatives in meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Arrange seminars, conferences, and client meetings.
- Deal with clients and carry out successful business.

This role requires coordination with everyone in the organization at all levels.- External Customers: They are external bodies, government bodies, vendors, other organizations, etc. This completely depends on the industry and department the Executive Assistant is working for.- Job Requirement- Minimum Education: Bachelors' Degree- Proficient Computer Skills and knowledge of MS Office- Minimum Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience providing support at a senior level.- Functional Competencies:
