Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice in Food & Beverage Service at our esteemed establishment in Mysuru, India We're looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry. This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow while providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Assist in providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests, adhering to our company standards
- Rotate through different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage division to gain diverse experience
- Learn and perform opening and closing procedures for assigned work areas
- Develop a thorough understanding of our menu items, including food and beverage combinations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace and surrounding areas
- Assist in monitoring operating supplies and reducing spoilage and waste
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
- Support the team in various operational tasks as assigned
- Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage is a plus
- Ability to speak other languages or basic understanding of local languages is an advantage
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
