**Job Title: F&B Associate (Freshers Welcome with Graduation)**

As an F&B Associate, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates seeking to kick-start their career in the food and beverage industry. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide friendly, courteous, and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Order Management**: Take orders accurately, communicate them promptly to the kitchen or bar, and serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special dietary considerations, to assist guests with their selections and address any questions or concerns.
- **Table Maintenance**: Set up dining areas according to company standards, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service, and promptly clear tables to prepare for the next guests.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Proactively recommend additional items such as appetizers, specialty drinks, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- **Cash Handling**: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow associates to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
