**Job Summary**:The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations within the organization. This role involves managing various operational functions, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations within the organization.
- Reviewing existing processes, identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and report the findings to senior management.
- Crafting SOP's for all the departments
- Coordnating with the Senior team and HR department for analysing the need of learning and development.
- Preparing presentations on required topics for Learning and development.
- Develop strategic goals in collaboration with other executives
- Create effective plans for achieving operational and strategic goals
- Creating organizational structures and procedures to support new business initiatives or company growth
- Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new products or services
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and inventory, to achieve company objectives.
- Other duties as assigned by the senior team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (Master's degree is a plus)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations management or a related role.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
