Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village -Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat - 396170.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**Min. Experience required: 2 to 5 year in relevant field (Manufacturing/Packing/Pharma/Food/Spices Etc).**
**Min. Qualification Required: Diploma or BE in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical**
- **Job Specification & Position Summery**_
- We are looking for a skilled Jr. Officer/Officer in processing department to maintain and control different segment of processing. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of processing lines.
- Jr. Officer Processing is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
- On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve.
- Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
- The goal will be to ensure that processing procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximise efficiency and profits.
- **Responsibilities and Duties**_
- To handle manpower efficiently in shift.
- Day to day documentation work.
- Attending the breakdown of the machine during the process.
- Handling raw material as requirement proper entry also coordination with planning department.
- Managing machine spare part material & coordination with stores department.
- To make PR/PO and follow up with Commercial team & Vendors.
- co-ordinating with inter dept such as RM Dept, quality, IBC ,production, PPNC, store for daily activities.
- Project coordination with respective parties/engineers.
- Handling SAP Software & data entry.
- Checking of machines and ensuring smooth running of machines/lines.
- Managing Preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance.
- To do Predictive maintenance and loss analysis.
- Preparation for Internal/External Audit.
- To maintain GMP/GHP and all other related standard on floor.
- Vendor coordination with vendors for Spare Parts and making PO for the required Spares.
- Handling total electrical maintenance like VFD, PLC, Scada, Motors & etc.
- Overall floor responsibility of operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
