**General Administrative Support**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments as needed.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and electronic.

**Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other company systems.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics for events.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff members as needed.

**Office Supplies and Equipment**:

- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.

**Visitor Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage the sign-in process and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.

**Communication Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Assist in the dissemination of company-wide announcements and updates.

**Expense Reporting**:

- Assist employees in preparing and submitting expense reports.
- Verify receipts and documentation for accuracy.
