**Job Summary**

Plot NO. 40/1, Gangadevi Road, Village -Palgam, Ta. - Umbergaon, Dist. - Valsad, Gujarat - 396170

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Day to day verification of Online production, Process system & FG.
- Responsible for Pre-Startup & Change over activities.
- Monitoring Online record & document updating.
- Must have effective commutation with respective shift incharge.
- Responsible for online immediate corrective action and implementation against issues.
- Maintain cleaning effectiveness & verification.
- Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHP.
- Implementation of quality requirement and parameters.
- Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
- In-house Calibration of all machine weighing balance.
- Printing matter checking, Leakage testing &Pouches verification.
- Powder verification and approval for production.
- Daily verification of machine Cleaning and DPR Checking.
- Deep or Master Cleaning effectiveness and Verification.
- Preventive control based on Food safety.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
**Min. Experience Required : 1 to 2 Experience in Food Quality (Online Quality Work)**
**Min. Qualification Required : Graduate in Science & Technology.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
