Fixed Income Corporate Action

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage bond maintenance for various bond types, including fixed, floating, zero coupon, convertibles, CP, CDs, and government bonds for India and Bangladesh.
- Ensure accurate capture and processing of corporate actions for bonds, such as redemption, re-open, repurchase, and rate-reset.
- Manage the capture and processing of corporate actions for issuers, including mergers, acquisitions, name changes, amalgamations, stock sale purchases, issuer hierarchy, bankruptcies, spinoffs, listings, business classifications, and liquidations.
- Maintain and update issuer information in the systems.
- Oversee the updating of bond and issuer credit ratings for the Indian market.
- Lead a team of analysts and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in corporate action handling.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with bond maintenance for fixed, floating, zero coupon, convertibles, CP, CDs, and government bonds.
- Expertise in capturing corporate actions for bonds and issuers.
- Strong skills in maintaining and updating issuer information.
- Experience in updating bond and issuer credit ratings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with financial databases and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills..

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fixed income corporate actions or a related role.
- Understanding of financial markets and instruments, particularly bonds and corporate actions.
