As an Admin and Account Assistant, your role is to provide support to the administrative and accounting functions within an organization. Your responsibilities may vary depending on the specific requirements of the company you work for, but here is a brief overview of what your role may involve:
Administrative Support:Managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files.

Account and Bookkeeping Support:Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
Reconciling bank statements and invoices.
Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Assisting in budgeting and expense tracking.
Supporting the preparation of payroll and tax-related documents.
Assisting in the coordination of audits and financial reviews.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:Inputting and updating data in computer systems or databases.
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
Maintaining and organizing records, both physical and electronic.
Retrieving and providing information upon request.

General Support:Providing assistance to other team members and departments as needed.
Undertaking basic research or data analysis tasks.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient operations.
Following company policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) may be required.
