Administrative Assistant/receptionist

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents._
- _Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements._
- _Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations._
- _Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed._
- _Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports._
- _Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized._
- _Provide support to team members and management as needed._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred._
- _Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role._
- _Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)._
- _Strong organizational and time-management skills._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Attention to detail and problem-solving skills._
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Experience with office management software such as MS Office or Google Workspace._
- _Familiarity with basic accounting procedures._
- _Strong customer service skills._
- _Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion._
