_**About the Role**_
- You’ll be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating internal operations, and supporting management with administrative tasks._
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- _Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations._
- _Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (both digital and physical)._
- _Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements._
- _Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation._
- _Prepare reports, presentations, and other business communications._
- _Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary._
- _Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures._
- _Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing processes._
- **Qualifications & Skills**_
- _**Education**:_ _Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)._
- _**Experience**:_ _2-4 years in an administrative or office management role._
- _Excellent communication and organizational skills._
- _Strong attention to detail and time management._
- _Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office software._
- _Ability to handle confidential information with discretion._
- _Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
