Administration Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping._
- _Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, and placing orders._
- _Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and preparation of materials._
- _Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed._
- _Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures._
- _Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required._
- _Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices._
- _Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field._
- _Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Manager, or similar role._
- _Strong organizational and time-management skills._
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
- _Attention to detail and problem-solving skills._
- _Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively._
- _Knowledge of office management systems and procedures._
- _Familiarity with HR processes and basic accounting principles is a plus._
